Machine Operator

Job Description:

1) Tends machine that compresses malted milk powder into tablets: Dumps powder into hopper, using scoop, and starts machine.

2) Moves hopper lever to deposit specified amount of powder into forming dies in machine table.

3) Examines tablets to determine thickness and hardness, and turns wheel to adjust positions of forming dies and punch dies in machine head.

4) Proper handling of machine operations along with punches, RPM and other required formulations.
