Looking For Machine Operator

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Bawal. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and managing machinery used in our production process. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Machinery: Effectively handle and run various machines required for production, ensuring all equipment is working correctly.

- Monitor Production: Continuously check machines during operation to ensure quality standards are met and report any issues to supervisors.

- Conduct Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines, like cleaning and lubricating, to keep them in good working condition.

- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

- Record Data: Maintain accurate records of production metrics and machine performance to help improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must have a diploma related to engineering or manufacturing processes.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is necessary.
