12th Pass Freshers For Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in Okhla, Delhi. This full-time role requires a commitment to operating machinery efficiently and safely. Ideal candidates will have a background of 0 to 2 years in similar positions and a minimum educational qualification of passing the 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate various types of machinery ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This includes preparing machines for production by adjusting settings and loading materials.

2. Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet set quality standards. This involves conducting regular checks and documenting any inconsistencies.

3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines by following schedules and reporting any mechanical issues immediately. Keeping machines clean and in good working order is essential.

4. Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines while operating machinery to prevent accidents. This includes wearing protective gear and understanding emergency procedures.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and assist in training new operators when necessary.
