Fresher hiring for Machine Operator

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Machine Operation**: You will operate various machines, monitoring their performance to ensure efficient production. This includes starting and stopping machines as well as making minor adjustments when needed.

2. **Quality Control**: You will inspect products for quality standards, identifying any defects or issues. If any problems arise, you will report them to the supervisor to maintain quality.

3. **Maintenance**: Regularly cleaning and maintaining machines is part of your duties. You will perform routine checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs.

4. **Record Keeping**: Keeping accurate records of production quantities and machine runtimes is essential. This helps to track efficiencies and identify areas for improvement.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Adhering to all safety guidelines is crucial to ensure a safe working environment. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols.
