1. Role Overview

You will be responsible for assembling and operating machines on the factory shop floor. This role is designed for candidates who wish to start their career in the mechanical field and want to gain hands-on experience in machine handling.

2. Key Responsibilities

Machine Assembly: Assemble machine parts accurately by following technical drawings.

Machine Operation: Set up and operate machines on the production line safely.

Quality Check: Inspect the quality of finished components and take necessary measurements.

Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks for machines.

Safety: Follow company safety rules and always wear safety shoes/uniform while working.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: ITI Pass (Mechanical Trades such as Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, etc.)

Note: COPA, Plumber, and Carpenter trades are not allowed.

Age: Between 18 to 32 years.

Gender: Both Male and Female candidates can apply.

Language: Knowledge of reading and understanding Hindi is mandatory.

4. Salary & Benefits

Fixed Monthly Stipend: ₹13,000 (for 8 hours of duty).

DBT (Govt. Benefit): ₹1,500 (credited directly to the account after Aadhaar seeding).

Attendance Award: ₹750 (for full attendance).

Extra Hours (OT): Approx. ₹6,200 (for 4 hours of daily overtime).

Total Potential Monthly: ₹21,600 approx.

Total Annual Potential (CTC): ₹2,59,200 approx.

5. Facilities

Food: One meal and two cups of tea (at a subsidized rate of ₹21 per day).

Kits: Company will provide free uniform and safety shoes.

Transport: Free transport facility from the company.

Leaves: As per company policy.

Accommodation: Candidate will need to arrange PG/room accommodations themselves (average cost nearby ₹1,500-2,000).

6. Shift Timings

Morning Shift: 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM

Evening Shift: 07:00 PM to 03:30 AM

(Shift rotation will be according to the company’s requirements)
