Our journey began nearly four decades ago, in 1983, as we started manufacturing cylinders. Soon after, as the world witnessed a technological boom, our founder had a vision JBM inside. Inspired by Intels concept of Intel inside every computer, he dreamt of every vehicle manufactured in India having a JBM component inside.Today, with JBM manufacturing half a million autocomponents every day and almost every vehicle manufactured in the country having JBM inside, his dream has come true.

From collaborating with the biggest car manufacturer of India in 1987 to becoming a $3.0bn global conglomerate with a presence in more than 10 countries, we have come a long way. We have been committed in our pursuit of scalability and sustainability, never forgetting the common ethic that binds us One JBM. We firmly believe that our core strength is the commitment of more than 30,000 JBMites who consistently collaborate to deliver excellence, day in and day out.
