Job Description

machine operation: set up, operate, and monitor the automatic blister pack machine to ensure it runs at optimal speed and efficiency. this includes loading raw materials such as plastic film, foil, and the products to be packaged (., tablets, capsules).

quality control: perform regular checks and inspections of the blister packs throughout the production run to ensure they meet quality standards. look for defects such as improper seals, incorrect product count, or misaligned packaging.

troubleshooting: identify and resolve minor machine issues or malfunctions, such as film jams, feeding errors, or sensor problems. report more complex issues to the maintenance team promptly to minimize downtime.

documentation: accurately complete all production-related documentation, including batch records, log sheets, and quality control checklists. this ensures compliance and provides a clear record of the production process.

maintenance & cleaning: perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine to ensure it remains in excellent working condition. follow all sanitation and hygiene protocols.

safety compliance: adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (ppe) at all times. follow all lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance or cleaning.
