we are looking for a motivated laravel developer to come join our agile team of professionals and to work as a senior laravel developer. the candidate must be a team player and should have experience in working in laravel platform for at least 6 years.

we are looking for the following attributes:

• the candidate must have the knowledge of all aspects of site development and should be comfortable working in clients office (kolkata region).

• ability to quickly identify any potential domain issues and provide optimal solutions and maintain utmost standards of excellence.

• implement structural changes whenever necessary.

• sound knowledge of laravel security.

• ability to work according to laravel coding guidelines and should not use any custom coding

• own the overall development of features from technical design, implementation, to release.

• should be able to create high performing, reliable, scalable, and secure code.

• should have enough experience in agile methodologies.

• producing amazing code. using maximum functionality, minimal lines.

• candidate should have the ability to coach junior team members and guide them performing better.

• should deliver all assigned task correctly and on time

• committed to continuous learning and self-improvement

• understand the complete sdlc. it’s more than just the code.

qualifications:

• should have a minimum working experience of 6+ years

• experience in leading a team of technical professionals. (not mandatory)

• pleasant personality & excellent communication skill.

• help development teams with technical solutions, troubleshooting advice when in need.

• should have the ability to understand any potential issues and provide efficient solutions.

• education requirements required: bachelor's/ masters, electronics/ computer engineering or equivalent experience.
