PVC Conduit Pipe Machine Operator

Experience: Should have a minimum of 4 years experience in extrusion machine operation in PVC Conduit pipe production line.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should know how to change the dia(size) of the machine , set the water level & do proper centering of the machine.

• Set, Monitor and maintain all standard requirements for machine operation for better quality production.

• Make sure the availability of adequate raw material for production as per job order and proactively coordinate with the concerned person to confirm the same.

• On time monitoring of the quality of production and immediate actions if any discrepancy in quality.

• Proper and periodic maintenance of machines and monitor its working efficiency.

• Follow the instruction of the production manager time to time.

Skills Required:

• Should Know how to decide thickness, length and material consumption required before manufacturing of pipe.

• Should be aware about making pipe with no wastage.

• Should know electrical and mechanical fault resolution of the extrusion machine.
