Fresher Trainee- Logistics

Planning & Executing the shipment from Factory till final destination

Handle Port to Port, Air, Ocean CIS shipment independently

Coordinate for sea & air shipment custom process

Coordinate with Shipper, liner, airline, transporter, CHA, Surveyor

Prepare reports like MIS for Documentation, Operations & Customer Service

Day to day office coordination & reporting to the Head of Department

Place booking in shipping lines, VGM,

Independently handle shipment from factory till final destination

Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation.

Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.

Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.

Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
