Sales Manager - Loans

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive loan sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through direct sales, references and channel partners.

Build relationships with DSAs, builders, real estate consultants, CAs and financial advisors.

Handle leads from enquiry to disbursement/closure.

Promote Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Working Capital, Project Funding and other loan products.

Coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs and internal credit teams.

Maintain sales pipeline, MIS and regular sales reports.

Guide and monitor sales executives to improve conversions.

Develop new business opportunities and generate repeat/referral business.

Requirements:

Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.

3+ years of experience in loan/financial services sales.

Experience in Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan or secured/unsecured lending preferred.

Strong communication, relationship management and target-oriented approach.
