Preferred Industry Experience:
Bank/NBFC with a focus on sales in retail assets (unsecured)
Experience in merchant banking sourced through DSAs (Channel Partners)
Desired Experience:
Relevant experience of 2-5 years in any unsecured loan product, preferably Business Loans, with DSA handling experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding the product offering clearly
Ability to explain the product to merchants
Establish and maintain strong DSA/Channel partner connections
Good knowledge of the local market sales dynamics
Independently handle sales calls and inquiries
Manage and execute local sales promotions
Achieve targeted loan disbursements
Ensure the smooth flow of processes related to credit and operations
Build and maintain a profitable loan portfolio
