Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India (This role is primarily field-based, requiring extensive travel within Nashik city and its surrounding areas to meet potential customers, generate leads, and foster partnerships. It may also involve some in-branch work for documentation or customer queries).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric Loan Sales Executive to drive the sales of our diverse loan products in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, counseling them on suitable loan options, facilitating the application and documentation process, and achieving stringent loan disbursement targets. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical sales practices within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Actively source and acquire new customers for various loan products, such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, Loan Against Property, or Consumer Durable Loans, etc. (mention specific product types relevant to your company).
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking, referrals, direct sales activities, engaging with channel partners (DSAs, builders, property agents, vehicle dealers), and participation in local marketing events.
Product Explanation & Counseling:
Clearly and accurately explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment options, and terms and conditions of various loan products to prospective clients.
Understand customer financial needs and advise them on the most suitable loan products.
Address all customer queries and concerns professionally and transparently.
Application & Documentation Management:
Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting all necessary KYC documents (identity proof, address proof, income documents, bank statements, etc.).
Ensure all collected documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Liaise closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely processing and disbursement of loans.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and actively track lead conversion rates.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, referrals, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners and lead sources.
Market Intelligence & Compliance:
Keep abreast of competitor loan products, market trends, interest rate changes, and regulatory updates in the lending space.
Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines (., RBI norms, fair practices code).
Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline status, and disbursements in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the Sales Manager.
Cross-selling (if applicable):
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products (., insurance, fixed deposits) to existing loan customers.
