direct company payroll l&t finance (reputed microfinance company)

duty time: 7:00 am until work completion

weekly off available

job role:

as a field loan officer (flo), you will be responsible for:

visiting village-level groups

creating and processing loan applications

handling emi collections and follow-ups

building trust and maintaining strong relationships with customers

eligibility criteria:

qualification: graduate preferred; hs pass candidates with valid noc also accepted (if experienced)

age limit: 20 to 31 years (experience holders up to age 30)

experience: both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

salary & benefits:

salary: 15,500 to 17,500 per month

incentives: 3,000 to 40,000 based on performance

fuel allowance: 3,600 per month

benefits: pf, esic, and other statutory benefits

requirements:

mandatory: bike/scooty with valid driving license (active learner's license acceptable)

note: candidates must be willing to work 7090 km away from their home location
