🛠️ Job Role:

As a Field Loan Officer (FLO), you will be responsible for:

Visiting village-level groups

Creating and processing loan applications

Handling EMI collections and follow-ups

Building trust and maintaining strong relationships with customers

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate preferred; HS pass candidates with valid NOC also accepted (if experienced)

Age Limit: 20 to 31 years (Experience holders up to age 30)

Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

💼 Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ‚¹15,500 to ‚¹17,500 per month

Incentives: ‚¹3,000 to ‚¹40,000 based on performance

Fuel Allowance: ‚¹3,600 per month

Benefits: PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits

🚨 Requirements:

Mandatory: Bike/Scooty with valid Driving License (Active Learner's License acceptable)

Note: Candidates must be willing to work 70€“90 km away from their home location
