Job Opening: Field Loan Officer (FLO) Male Candidates Only

Location: Across All Districts of West Bengal

Direct Company Payroll L&T Finance (Reputed Microfinance Company)

Duty Time: 7:00 AM until work completion

Weekly Off Available

Job Role:

As a Field Loan Officer (FLO), you will be responsible for:

Visiting village-level groups

Creating and processing loan applications

Handling EMI collections and follow-ups

Building trust and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate preferred; HS pass candidates with valid NOC also accepted (if experienced)

Age Limit: 20 to 31 years (Experience holders up to age 30)

Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 15,500 to 17,500 per month

Incentives: 3,000 to 40,000 based on performance

Fuel Allowance: 3,600 per month

Benefits: PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits

Requirements:

Mandatory: Bike/Scooty with valid Driving License (Active Learner's License acceptable)

Note: Candidates must be willing to work 7090 km away from their home location
