Fresher hiring for Mortgage Loan Officer

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Loan Sales Executives to be stationed inside our partner NBFC. Your primary responsibility will be to engage walk-in customers and promote various loan products such as Personal loan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers visiting the bank branch and understand their loan requirements.

- Explain and sell relevant loan products based on customer needs.

- Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents.

- Follow up with customers for documentation and loan approval status.

- Maintain strong relationships with bank staff to ensure consistent leads.

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales or financial services preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of loan products and documentation process.
