Fresher hiring for Mortgage Loan Officer

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Loan Sales Executives to be stationed inside our partner NBFC. Your primary responsibility will be to engage walk-in customers and promote various loan products such as Personal loan.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Attend to customers visiting the bank branch and understand their loan requirements.

�� Explain and sell relevant loan products based on customer needs.

�� Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents.

�� Follow up with customers for documentation and loan approval status.

�� Maintain strong relationships with bank staff to ensure consistent leads.

�� Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

�� Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales or financial services preferred.

�� Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.

�� Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

�� Good knowledge of loan products and documentation process.
