Fresher hiring for Mortgage Loan Officer

we are looking for dynamic and customer-focused loan sales executives to be stationed inside our partner nbfc. your primary responsibility will be to engage walk-in customers and promote various loan products such as personal loan.

key responsibilities:

- attend to customers visiting the bank branch and understand their loan requirements.

- explain and sell relevant loan products based on customer needs.

- assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents.

- follow up with customers for documentation and loan approval status.

- maintain strong relationships with bank staff to ensure consistent leads.

- meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

requirements:

- minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales or financial services preferred.

- freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.

- strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- good knowledge of loan products and documentation process.
