We have an urgent manpower requirement for the position of Loan Officer Personal Loan (PL).

This is a permanent job opportunity with nearest area posting across West Bengal.

Job Details:

Job Role: Loan Officer Personal Loan (PL)

Number of Vacancies: 1520 (can be increased)

Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

Age Limit: 21 to 40 years

Duty Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Working Days: 26 days per month

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Location: All over West Bengal (nearest location posting)

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: 15,000 per month

Travel Allowance: 3,000 per month

Additional Incentives: As per performance

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and process personal loan leads

Assist customers with loan documentation

Coordinate with branch and internal teams

Maintain basic customer records
