Responsibilities Include:
•Install, configure & maintain software and hardware
•Troubleshoot computer systems
•Monitor and maintain computer networks
•Manage and update website and domains
•Communicate with payment processors and troubleshoot issues
•Host pre-recorded & live webinar content on webinar platform
• Manage LMS learning management software
•Upload content to LMS as per requirements
•Communicate with various departments and coordinate in resolving all technical issues
•Offer overall technical assistance
Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in IT field with strong technical background
•Good practical experience in managing IT Systems and troubleshooting network and related issues
•Good knowledge in learning management software’s
•Good communication skills
•Proficient in English
