2. Overseeing all the QA activities within the assigned department, identifying areas of improvement and

improving the processes wherever necessary.

3. Adhere to the process of line inspection and ensure tagging process.

4. Verification of the product and details provided for First Piece and Lot Inspection.

5. Timely data to be provided for the departmental review mechanism.

6. Ensure Effective & efficient Incoming Process

7. Conclusion of NC material at incoming and production.

8. Resourceful to the requirement of the Inspectors under their supervision.

9. Preparation and validation of the QAP reports and documents.

10. Gemba- To have adherence to the scheduled Gembas within the production and store for incoming.

11. Development of the Inspectors under their supervision

12. Ensuring the safety working environment for the team and timely updations of HIRA & EAI and other safety

related parameters.
