Bharti AXA is looking for Life Insurance Advisors to expand and serve our growing customer base in Maharashtra. We offer a unique productivity linked commission structure that allows you to earn at your own pace and set your own hours with no restrictions on the maximum earnings. You will earn a percentage of the annual premium received per policy sold as well as on every yearly renewal.

The commission percentages are dependent on type of policy (Life, Term, General), the annual premium amount, and the premium payment term. We also offer attractive monthly and yearly rewards to complement your earnings and offer full-time salaried positions to our top performing salespeople.

-Promote and sell Bharti AXA Life Insurance products to prospective clients after analyzing their insurance needs.

-Calculate premiums and provide quotations based on customers age, medical history and other relevant factors.

-Onboard customers into their policies after collecting documents, verifying information accurately, receiving payments, and filing necessary forms.

-Offer follow up service to customers and answer any questions they may have about Bharti AXA products, their policies and terms and conditions.

-Step by step assistance and full training will be provided by our Agency Managers and dedicated sales teams to help you understand the policies, close deals and maximize your sales

-System support through our dedicated app will help you calculate premiums, onboard customers into policies, track the policies you sell and your total earnings in a smooth and transparent manner.

Qualifications:

-Minimum education: 12th pass, Fresh graduates looking for an entry level opportunity in the Insurance industry are welcome to apply

-Some Insurance experience ideal but not compulsory

-Solid grasp of Hindi, English, Marathi and additional languages an asset
