Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documentation, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls for the executives, ensuring prompt
and effective responses.

- Conduct research, gather information, and provide executive summaries as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks, such as handling personal appointments, reservations, and other administrative
duties.
Liaison and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including staff members, clients,
board members, and partners.
- Screen and direct incoming communications to appropriate executives and respond on their behalf when
necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication between executives and various departments, ensuring timely
dissemination of information and follow-up on action items.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, memos, and
reports.
Meeting Coordination and Support:
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics.
- Attend executive meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of meetings, events, and travel
arrangements.
Information Management:
- Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and
accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
