Legal Advisor

1. Liasioning with company's lawyers, advising the company's Management on various aspects of law.

2. Knowledge of trademark, applying trademark, liasioning with trademark lawyers.

3. Contract Review Support ( vendor & client etc.) Document execution, retention, maintenance of records and working closely with various stakeholders .

4. Knowledge of drafting Legal Notices & Replies.

5. Support in legal projects Co-ordination with Attorney for registration purposes & litigation matters.

6. Working on Standard Templates and agreements for various business verticals of Akbar group of companies.

7. Research on emerging Legal topics
