Responsibilities:

1. Research Strategy: Develop and lead the research strategy for AE NATURALS Happy Heels Foot Cream, focusing on improving foot health, relieving discomfort, and promoting overall well-being.

2. Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to formulate and enhance the foot cream with key ingredients, such as moisturizers, soothing agents, and natural extracts.

3. Scientific Evaluation: Conduct scientific evaluations and studies to assess the effectiveness of the foot cream's ingredients in promoting foot health, reducing dryness, and alleviating discomfort.

4. Ingredient Analysis: Evaluate and select high-quality ingredients for the foot cream, ensuring they meet safety and efficacy standards.

5. Testing Protocols: Develop testing protocols and methodologies to validate the product's claims and benefits. Oversee clinical trials and studies as needed.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Master's or .) in a relevant field, such as dermatology, skincare science, or pharmaceuticals.

Proven experience in research and development roles in the skincare or pharmaceutical industry.

Strong scientific knowledge of skincare ingredients and their effects on skin health.

Excellent research and analytical skills.
