• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the design, maintenance, or erection of heavy hydraulic presses, steel mill equipment, or large-scale heavy machinery.

• Location: Mumbai (Headquarters) with mandatory site visits to the client

A highly technical, hands-on Project Engineer with a mechanical engineering background. Prior experience with a hydraulic press is preferred.

• Technical Vendor Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors supplying critical subsystems.

• Design & Reverse Engineering Verification: Extract critical dimensions (Flange ODs, PCDs, tie-rod stretch data) from legacy OEM blueprints and physical site measurements.

• Cross-Discipline Integration: Ensure flawless mechanical handshakes between the hydraulics, PLC automation system, and the physical press mechanics as per project requirements.

• Site Execution Oversight: Supervise the physical dismantling, installation and final hot-commissioning trials at the client site.

• Hydraulics Expertise: Understanding of high-pressure hydraulic circuits, proportional directional valves, accumulators, and hydraulic oil cleanliness standards.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong grasp of heavy structural mechanics • Vendor Management.
