lead payroll

candidate preference:

grad with 14 years of experience with payroll or + icwa(1st attempt) with 6-8 years of experience in finance payroll will be based out of udaipur

mandatory skills payroll management; sox compliance & review of ledgers; statutory compliance; monitoring pf & gratuity; investment planning

employees from past experience in tata steel, hindalco (aditya birla group), adani group or similar industries will be preferred . no gap in employment is preferred

location udaipur | work from: office

must have a minimum 60% and above in all academics

no gap in education activities (only one year allowed either between 12th & graduation or graduation & post graduation)

graduate + icwa(1st attempt)

payroll management including processing of all executive and non executive, retainers & expats monthly salary payment & taking care of all necessary deduction and adhering to statutory compliance

2. monitoring pf & gratuity trust operation including all operation and payment related to employees pf final settlement/loans/transfer in & out, gratuity payment with due checking and adhering to statutory compliance.

statutory compliance: to ensure 100% legal and statutory compliance pertaining to salary payment to employees, timely and accurately deposition of monthly and quarterly returns and issuance of form 16 with zero error.

qualification: graduate in commerce with bcom, graduate in commerce with , graduate in commerce with (hons), professional in management with icwai (inter)
