Job Description:

Looking for Real Estate Lawyer at Perlite developers, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various real estate transactions and legal matters. Your expertise and experience in real estate law will be instrumental in providing high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of property legal documentation, real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing agreements.

Title Examination: Conduct thorough title examinations to ensure the legality of property titles and resolve any issues that may arise.

Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on real estate transactions, including zoning, land use, and environmental compliance.

Litigation Support: Assist in real estate litigation cases when necessary, including property disputes and contract breaches.

Research and Analysis: Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations, and conduct legal research as needed to support cases and transactions.

Qualifications:

Law Degree,

Active state bar membership and in good standing.

Minimum of five years of experience in real estate law.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
