**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Perform laparoscopic surgeries:** Conduct various surgical procedures using minimally invasive techniques, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

- **Pre-operative assessments:** Evaluate patient health and medical history to determine suitability for laparoscopic procedures, discussing risks and benefits with patients and their families.

- **Post-operative care:** Monitor patients after surgery to ensure proper recovery, addressing any complications or concerns promptly.

- **Collaboration with medical staff:** Work closely with nurses, anesthetists, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and improve surgical processes.

- **Patient education:** Provide clear explanations to patients regarding their conditions and the procedures, helping them understand the treatment plan and recovery process.

- **Continuous education and skill enhancement:** Stay updated with the latest advancements in laparoscopic surgery techniques and technologies and participate in relevant training sessions or workshops.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should hold an MBBS degree and have 4 to 10 years of experience in laparoscopic surgery. Strong technical skills in performing complex surgeries, excellent communication abilities to interact with patients and staff, and the capacity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential. The candidate should demonstrate a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to healthcare. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
