LANSA / AS400 Support Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support existing systems that manage programs, processes and data involved in the

manufacturing process using AS400 RPG.

Hands on experience on (L1/L2/L3) application support/production support

Experience in production support management processes & tools

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Should be able to Lead team and work individually and come-up with solutions for

technical challenges based on business requirements

Able to identify problems and help and guide the team to deliver efficient and

effective solutions even beyond own tasks.

Should able to perform Planning, designing & estimate

Should able to prioritize work for self & team and handle support tickets & regular

tasks (L3) appropriately

Required Skills:

Must have 8 + years of experience in both support and enhancement & maintenance

work

Need to have professional Support & development experience in support, design

and programming with AS400 RPG.

Strong understanding of native RPG.

Experience with iSeries M4 very helpful.

Experience with SQL, Queries, Web Services.

Experience with EDI.

Experience with Showcase Report Writer preferred

Experience with RPGLE CLE and Lansa for I Series.

Other Skills:

Knowledge on JDE a plus
