Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician/phlebotomist to perform routine laboratory tests, maintain lab equipment, and ensure accurate reporting of results. The candidate should follow quality and safety standards and support the diagnostic/research team in daily lab operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory tests (biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, etc.)
Prepare samples, reagents, and culture media as required
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (centrifuge, analyzer, microscope, etc.)
Record and analyze test results accurately
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples
Follow NABL/quality control and safety protocols
Maintain inventory of lab supplies and report shortages
Assist senior technicians/pathologists when required
Required Qualifications
DMLT / BMLT / . in Medical Laboratory Technology / Life Sciences
Freshers welcome (training will be provided)
Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards
Required Skills
Attention to detail
Good documentation and record-keeping
Basic computer knowledge (LIS/MS Office)
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture procedures
Identify patients correctly and label samples accurately
Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
Prepare patients for blood collection and explain procedures
Handle and transport specimens safely to the laboratory
Maintain records of samples collected
Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste
Manage collection kits and supplies
Required Qualifications
DMLT / Certificate in Phlebotomy / MLT
