Job Description

tests fabric quality, runs lab trials, and maintains lab equipment and records.

conducting tests: perform physical and quality tests on fibers, yarns, and fabrics, such as checking for shrinkage, spirality, and colorfastness.

lab trials: run trials on new dyeing and finishing processes, potentially preparing solutions and operating equipment like dyeing machines and spectrophotometers.

data and reporting: record and analyze test data, prepare reports on findings, and maintain accurate records and documents.

equipment maintenance: calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

collaboration: work with production and warehouse teams to address quality issues and coordinate external lab reports.

safety and organization: follow all safety protocols
