conduct chemical analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
prepare, standardize, and maintain laboratory reagents and solutions.
operate and maintain analytical instruments such as hplc, gc, uv, ftir, and titration setups.
record, analyze, and interpret experimental data with accuracy.
ensure compliance with glp, gmp, iso, and safety standards.
maintain lab documentation, logbooks, and reports as per sops.
support r&d/production teams with chemical testing and process validation.
monitor stock of chemicals, reagents, and lab consumables.
adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
🎓 qualifications & skills
education: . / . in chemistry / industrial chemistry / analytical chemistry.
experience: 1–5 years (freshers with strong fundamentals may also be considered).
technical skills:
knowledge of wet chemistry techniques.
familiarity with analytical instruments (hplc, gc, uv, ftir).
understanding of laboratory safety and quality practices.
soft skills:
attention to detail, accuracy in reporting.
problem-solving and analytical thinking.
