URGENT HIRING | NETWORK ENGINEER - L2

Job Location: Delhi

Salary: 35,000/month In-Hand + Other Benefits

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong knowledge of EPON & GPON technology

• Hands-on experience with OLT, ONU/ONT & PON architecture

• OLT configuration, ONU registration, provisioning & service configuration

• VLAN configuration - tagging/untagging, trunk/access ports & troubleshooting

• Optical fiber troubleshooting - RX/TX power, LOS, splitter loss, fiber faults & basic OTDR

• ONT/ONU configuration - PPPoE, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN & Bridge/Router modes

• PPPoE server/client, authentication & ISP connectivity troubleshooting

• Knowledge of routing, NAT, firewall, DHCP, queues & PPPoE

• Troubleshooting ONU/ONT registration failures, disconnections, low optical power & speed issues

• Knowledge of OMCI & TR-069, ONT management & ACS troubleshooting

• Network troubleshooting using Ping, Traceroute, ARP, MAC, DNS & packet-loss/bandwidth analysis

• Coordinate with NOC, field teams & ISP teams for L2/L3 issue resolution

ELIGIBILITY

2-3 years of relevant experience in ISP/FTTH/Network Operations

Practical knowledge of GPON/EPON, OLT, ONT/ONU & ISP networking

Strong troubleshooting & coordination skills

Tamil + Malayalam mandatory
