Verification Executive || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a KYC Executive to join our team in Goa. This is a full-time work-from-home position, suitable for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring compliance and customer verification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Verification: Conduct thorough checks on customers' identities to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

- Documentation Review: Collect and review necessary documents like IDs and proof of address from customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into the database, maintaining up-to-date records for future reference.

- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with customer profiles and escalate any discrepancies or concerns to the relevant teams.

- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers effectively to gather necessary information and address any queries related to KYC processes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Educational Background: Candidates must have completed their 12th grade and should have a foundational understanding of customer service.
