Eligibility:
• Education: B. mandatory. MBA preferred
• Experience: 5-8 years in B2B sales with a minimum of 3 years directly handling poultry customers

Poultry Techno-commercial Acumen | Key Account Planning | Collection Management | Negotiation & Contracting | Farm-level Communication
Account Management
• Manage top accounts: Large integrators and regional corporate farms
• Annual business planning: Joint forecasting, rate contracts, credit terms, volume commitments
• Stakeholder mapping: Build multi-level relationships - owner, procurement, nutritionist, vet, farm manager.
• Partnership approach: Build long-term partnerships, not just sell products.
• Issue resolutions: Price claims, quality complaints, logistics delays, payment follow-ups. You escalate + close
Business Growth
• Cross-sell/Up-sell: Increase share of wallet. If the customer buys feed, pitch additives, vaccines, premix, equipment, etc.
• New product trials: Coordinate with the technical team to execute farm trials. Own conversion from trial to commercial volumes
• Market intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, credit terms, and new launches at your accounts. Share insights with HO
• Tender / Contracts negotiation: Lead tender participation, commercial negotiations for annual/quarterly contracts
• Operations- OTIF delivery: MIS & Analytics: Demand planning.
