Oversee Non-EB & EB business lines, including Property (Fire, Marine, Burglary), and other lines of GMC business.
To manage Business Development of Health Insurance products, planning and implementation of MRIBS business plan to achieve desired sales objective for the assigned region.
Responsible for the sales budget across Health / Motor/ Other General Insurance products of sourced through Direct Sales channels.
Generate customer leads through various activities.
Meet with directly clients and customers
Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication.
Leverage corporate relationships to drive business closures.
Float queries to insurance companies and provide clients with competitive and optimal quotes.
Collaborate with insurers, clients, and surveyors to ensure a smooth claims process.
Resolve 100% of client queries and complaints within the stipulated turnaround time.
Provide timely and accurate MIS data as per business requirements.
