roles and responsibilities:

• responsible for managing and optimizing listing & promotional campaigns on ecommerce marketplaces ., flipkart, amazon, ebay, walmart, myntra etc.

• responsible for listing new products on amazon, flipkart, myntra, ajio, meesho, portals, etsy, walmart etc & upload a+ content for listing.

• analysis of product performance across marketplaces, and recommendimplement solutions/strategies to drive business growth.

• monitoring order processing, dispatches etc on domestic as well as international portals

• preparing planning amazon/flipkart etc replenishment shipments weekly & monthly basis.

• maintaining client and customer relationship in a professional services environment

• specialized in amazon (in) as well as etc listings, all type of sponsored advertisement, managing complete boost, a to z claim, guaranteed claim settlements, or safety claim as is the case.

• handle promotions on various portals . manual and automatic campaigns, timely participate in promotions which are possible and allowed on portals

• ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues, queries or comment

• providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
