*Knowledge of municipal proposal drawings.

*Experience in Feasibility report, rera compliance, execution knowledge.

*Should be coordinate with consultant & site engineers.

*Checking municipal drawings before submission area calculation and good for construction drawings to conduct meetings and co-ordinate.
