Junior Architect (1-2 Years)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our real estate development team. The candidate will support the architectural design, planning, documentation, and execution of residential and commercial projects while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

key responsibilities:

Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.

Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.

Support the preparation of design presentations, 3D models, renders, and project documentation.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration.

Assist in reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable building regulations, and development standards.

Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and understand site conditions.
