Responsibilities:-
Work as a support wing to the marketing department and coordinate and maintain the database of the clients .
Draft mails and Correspond with the clients over the mails for the updates on interview schedules/ postponement or any other updates
and communicate the same to the concerned department for necessary action.
Coordinate with other internal members over and/or emails and/or phone calls for the updates on the client requirements and
ensure to get the changes implemented.
Identify ways to improve the operation of own area and to achieve efficiency and results and assists in process improvement.
Monitoring and reviewing coordination with internal team.
Requirement:
Must have 4+ years of experience in ANY INDUSTRY- operations.
Communication and written skills in English must be Good
Must Have proficiency with computer in typing, excel, Google, word, etc.
This would also require client handling and documentation
