Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, joining, and shaping metal components using various welding techniques. You must be able to read technical blueprints, ensure high-quality workmanship, and strictly adhere to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and sketches to plan welding operations accurately.

Welding Operations: Perform welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick/Arc) on various materials (steel, aluminum, etc.) according to specifications.

Fabrication & Cutting: Operate heavy machinery, grinders, and torches to cut and shape metal components to precise dimensions.

Quality Control: Inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws or defects; ensure all work meets strength and aesthetic standards.

Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment and tools; report any damages or malfunctions immediately.

Safety Compliance: Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and follow all company health and safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a technical institute (., ITI in Welding) is highly preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding (specify which is most important for you). Ability to read technical documents and drawings.

Tools: Experience using electrical and manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.).

Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and work in various positions.
