Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and experience.
Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the job offer process, including salary negotiation and closing candidates.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the tracker.
