● develop, implement and maintain desktop support processes and policies to deliver high-quality ict services.

● design, implement and maintain virtualized infrastructure with leading technologies such as vmware.

● design and implement dr solutions.

requirements

● familiar with cisco solutions in routing, switching, and firewalling.

● familiar with voip solutions.

● bachelor's degree in it, software engineering, or hardware engineering.

● mcitp and ccna certified (ccnp r and s are preferred).

● familiar with antivirus, noc, mail server, and sharepoint solutions.

● at least 3 years of it experience (at least 1 years of experience as a network admin).

● good communication and teamwork skills.

● hard working.

● high problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

● excellent communication skills and fluency in english.

● ability to proactively learn new technology, processes, and other skills.

● familiar with antivirus, firewall, noc, vsan concepts and platforms, backup solutions, and mail servers.

● familiar with providers and implementation of information systems like office automation, i/o systems, etc.
