Job Description

Profile : Opportunity Creation & Lead Generation ( Tele - Marketing )

Region : US & Canada ( EST / PST shift ) 2 nos

Responsibilities:

Generating new leads through cold calling, social media, inbound marketing, events and trade-shows in Domestic & International markets (US preferably)

Identification of key persons in an organization

Presentation of Company Overview including Services and Product Demos

Account Mapping

Maintenance of daily lead status reports

The ability to hit the ground running, and be more Proactive

Understanding the customer expectations, industry and organizational challenges

Understanding the Netsuite product proposition and communicating the best fit to the customer

Understanding the company's proposition and communicating it to effectively to the customer

Understanding existing case studies and identifying the best fit in terms of purchase decision influencers and communicating it effectively to the customer. Some degree of technical understanding will be required for this

cross sell and upsell

Contributing regular insights form customer conversations to help improve the offering and the lead journey

Additional requirements

Good command over the English Language and experience in the US and Canada Market

Exposure to ERP Sales or Netsuite Cloud ERP would be an added advantage
