Location : Chennai (Work from Office)

Job Description

Must have strong Communication Skills.

Some basic knowledge about IT Recruitment, IT Skills and technologies and terminologies.

willing to work in IT Recruitment and Staffing industry and passionate in HR Domain.

For Experience.

Candidate should have hands on experience in recruitment for various positions on IT Recruitment Industry in US / APAC Market.

Strong experience in working with W2,Corp-Corp,1099 for Contract positions.

Should have strong sourcing skills in various Job Portals, social media and other sourcing channels and tools.

Strong Knowledge on End to End IT Recruitment.

Screening the resumes according to the Job description and matching with requirement, calling up candidates explain the job in detail and understand the candidate is fit for the position.

Understand their interest level & submit the profile with client and follow up with the candidate and client for interview and feedback.

Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.

Should be willing to work on Targets and meet the standard.

Maintaining & updating the Daily and monthly submission and closure reports

Strong working knowledge in different VISA and TAX terms.
