Sourcing qualified candidates through conventional and non-conventional methods.
Interpret, analyze and understand the client requirements and effectively utilize job boards and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
Recruiting and delivering potential candidates as per the clients requirements promptly.
Negotiate rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends
Intern recruiter will get On-Job training for a set period of time to learn US Staffing techniques and then start.
