job description

• to manage the servers, applications and end point users with the sole aim to keep the operations running smoothly with no downtime at client’s end.

roles:

• designing, installing and supporting the computer systems..

• setting up of lans, wans, internet and other network segments..

• troubleshoot / break-fix issues.

• update firmware on regular intervals.

• work with oem support to solve issues when the happen.

• implement network polices and maintain the network in top condition

• schedule and manage regular backups, including on tape

• keep firewall and antivirus applications in top shape. judiciously implement firewall policies across all endpoints.

• maintain wi-fi and related internet usage policy.

• asset maintenance and prepare monthly asset lists

• in-depth knowledge of nating/router management/routing tables/port

• forwarding & blocking/ dmz
