Test and re-test parts to ensure they work properly Identify and isolate defects Generate specifications for parts Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network Good Knowledge of Digital copier Machines in terms of Repairing, onsite support. Handle Users complaints in field Installation & service of the Photocopier machines, Projectors, Video Conferencing Units
