IT Junior Executive (with Graphic Design Skills) - Borivali

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Junior Executive who also has a flair for graphic design. This hybrid role combines technical IT support with creative design responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across technology and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Administration

Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems, applications, and devices.

Assist in maintaining company IT infrastructure, including servers, printers, and security systems.

Support data backup, antivirus, and system updates.

Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.

Graphic Design & Creative Support

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media creatives.

Create and edit product images, infographics, and promotional content.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to deliver visually appealing campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print designs.

Assist in website updates and digital content management.

Additional Responsibilities

Support digital marketing initiatives with creative inputs.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.

Provide technical support during exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in IT support and/or graphic design.

Knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting, networking basics, and system administration.

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.).

Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.

Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
