1. Technology Head - Owner of IDSKEA for IT and plans / budgets all distributor technology requirements ( computers, phone, mobiles, printers, networks, Internet, software licenses etc )

2. Executive Reporting - Handles executive reporting requirements of distributor by liaising between distributor and backroom staff

3. Owner of all Tools and master data - Tools are Same time, Pivot Tables, CPCD Tracker, CMS, HRIS, Handhelds and master data is Customers, Products, Customer Classes, Seller Mapping Tables, RPS Card, Seller Distribution Lists, Price List, Document Numbering

4. Ensure process Adherence - Owner of all backroom processes ( periodical branch data integration, backups, AR reco, data integrity, support and call logging for h/w as well as s/w, troubleshooting issues etc )

5. Implementing technologies - Software implementation and problem solving as per P&G guidelines

6. Training of IDSS Ensure IDSS across the Main site and Branches are fully trained to perform their R&R.
