IT Administrator & Programmer

Job Description

ï‚· Knowledge of Network & can manage network security tools

ï‚· Managing the IT Assets and Deploying Systems to the users. Escalating to the technical

support via call chat and email. Regulate user to sensitive files to protect internal security

(Document management and permissions). Administering User Accounts and File Access

(Linux)

ï‚· Network Administration, Printer Support

ï‚· Escalating IT issues and requirement to the management appropriately

ï‚· Develop user guides and documenting solutions for the fixed issues

ï‚· Content Management (WordPress)

ï‚· Good knowledge of DBMS & can map out the conceptual design for a planned database.

Further refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements. Install and test

new versions of the database management system (DBMS)

ï‚· Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database

Knowledge In

ï‚· Linux OS and Windows OS

ï‚· Routers, Switches and Hubs

ï‚· Linux Terminal and Command Prompt command

ï‚· Content Management

Key Qualifications

ï‚· Passionate to learn existing and emerging technology

ï‚· Positive attitude to resolve problems

ï‚· Good communication skill (Speaking and Writing)

ï‚· Knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets/LibreOffice, knowledge in v-lookup.
