Analyst - Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and demonstrates accountability, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities

2. Proactive, enthusiastic approach with very high attention to detail

3. Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-focused with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

4. Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills along with the ability to use discretion and good judgment

5. Excellent Client Service skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to individuals with varying levels of product expertise.

6. Competency with MS Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to learn multiple programs quickly
